Raven Murphy—speaker, seasoned nature guide, and author of Shut Up and Listen—invites audiences to rediscover how nature can ease stress, spark clarity, and restore perspective. With her candid, funny, and heartfelt style, she blends down-to-earth storytelling with informative, hands-on experiences that make every talk feel more like an adventure than a lecture—proving mindfulness doesn’t always require gurus, yoga mats, or candles, just fresh air and an open mind.

Bio

Raven Murphy is a speaker, author, and seasoned nature guide who helps people slow down, laugh more, and reconnect with the outdoors. She’s the author of Shut Up and Listen: A No BS Guide to Unlocking Nature’s Wisdom and its Winter Edition: Snow, Slush, and Sanity books that blend humor and insight to make nature feel accessible to everyone.

Known for her candid, funny, and heartfelt style, Raven shows people that you don’t need to be an expert hiker or meditation master to feel the benefits of nature. As she says: “When you give nature your attention, it gives you back calm, clarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging you can’t find anywhere else.”

When she’s not writing or speaking, you can find Raven leading immersive walks, crafting nature-inspired music and meditations, or simply proving that nature has a lot to teach you if you’re ready to Shut Up and Listen.
